Why Accell appears like a miracle.

왜 엑셀이 기적처럼 작용하는가.

 

After several years applying Accell in water treatment systems I have a quiet clear explanation why Accell looks like the perfect partner for most of the waste water treatment systems.

수년간 엑셀을 수처리 설비에 적용한뒤에 왜 엑셀이 대다수의 폐수처리 설비 및 시스템에 있어서 완벽한 파트너로 보이는지에 대하여 상당부분 분명한 설명을 할 수 있게 되었습니다.

 

First Accell is NSF approved in USA and all components for manufacturing Accell are enlisted under FDA requirements.

In addition, Accell is 100 % biodegradable and compatible fully with environment.

먼저 엑셀은 미국의 NSF인증을 받았으며 엑셀을 제조하기 위한 모든 구성물들은 미국 식약청(FDA)의 까다로운 검증을 거친 제품만을 사용합니다.

덧붙여 엑셀은 100% 생분해성이며 환경 친화적은 제품입니다.

 

Mainly, Accell is a protein’s complex of a very low molecular weight plus small amounts of surfactants and stabilizers. It’s a homogenous amber color liquid product which can be equally dissolved in water, oil or greases. No bacteria or yeast contained so never the natural and necessary bacteria environment in bio-filtration systems will be adversely affected in any way.

기본적으로, 엑셀은 매우 낮은 분자무게를 지닌 단백질과 계면활성제 그리고 안정제의 혼합물입니다. 용해성의 호박색깔의 액상타입의 제품으로 물이나 기름 혹은 지방류에도 잘 용해되는 특징을 가지고 있습니다. 어떠한 박테리아나 효모도 포함하지 않으면서 활성슬러지 처리시  미생물 환경에 필수적으로 영향을 준다. 

Accell works at four basic and very important levels.

엑셀은 다음과 같은 네가지의 기본적이면서도 매우 중요한 단계에서 작용을 하게됩니다.

 

1. - Increases the organic matter degradation capacity or “nutrient uptake” of the naturally present microorganisms in water treatment systems, so bioavailability for bacterias is boosted allowing bacterias eat more quickly degrading more organic matter and less time.

첫째 – 폐수처리 시스템에 있어 자연적으로 존재하는 미생물들의 유기물의 분해능력  혹은 “영양분 섭취”능력을 증진시킴으로써 박테리아의 생물학적 이용가능성이 가속화됨으로 박테리아가 보다 많은 분해작용을 하거나 혹은 보다 짧은 시간내에 작용을 하게됩니다.

 

2. - Increases the dissolved oxygen availability via decreasing superficial (surface) tension and facilitating micro-bubbles formation, so more dissolved oxygen is available with same air flow requirements with consequent savings in energy, equipment and accessories.

둘째 – 표면장력을 낮춤으로써 용존산소량을 증진시켜주며 미세한 공기방울을 형성하기 때문에 동일한 폭기작용시 보다 높은 용존산소량을 나타내게됩니다. 이런 작용의 결과로 운용상의 에너지 및 설비나 주변기기들에 대한 투자비용이  절약됩니다.

 

3.- Boost grease, fat and oils degradation speed (FOG) by fragmenting normally large molecular size of grease, allowing bacteria eat more and in an easiest way, and…

셋째 –일반적으로 큰 분자로 구성되는 지방을 조각화하는 역할을 하여 박테리아가 보다 많은 분해를 할 수 있게 도와줌으로써 기름류, 지방, 그리고 오일등의 분해력(FOG)을 높여줍니다.

 

4. - Optimizes Cellular Metabolism. This more complex level of Accell’s action simply make bacterias metabolizing more organic matter before reproduction, making bacteria colonies more efficient than normal.

넷째 – 세포의 신진대사율을 최적화해줍니다. 이는 엑셀의 보다 복잡한 작용입니다만 간단히 말씀드리자면 박테리아의 신진대사작용을 증식전의 단계에서 보다 조직적인 방식으로 만들어줌으로 일반적인 상황보다 효율적인 박테리아 군을 형성합니다.

 

If we compare Accell with other apparently “similar” products like enzymes, Accell is better because can react with many substances, works by itself, no bacterias or yeast contained, improves biological and chemical reactions, it’s easy to combine with other treatments, create vital micro bubbles and is easy to dissolve in oil, greases and water. Traditional Enzymes by the other side are extremely specific, require co-enzymes to work properly, some contain foreign bacterias, are very limited to biological reactions, have low tolerance to other products and make no action over micro bubbles formation.

만약 Accell을 외견상 “비슷하게”보이는 효소와 비교를 한다면, Accell은 많은 종류의 다른 물질과 작용할 수 있고, 독립적으로 작용하며, 어떠한 박테리아나 효모를 포함하고 있지도 않으며, 생물학적 그리고 화학적 작용을 증진시키고, 쉽게 다른 처리술과 혼용이 가능하고, 미세한 방울들을 만들어내며, 오일이나 기름류 그리고 물에 쉽게 용해된다는 여러가지 특성 때문에 월등하다고 말씀드릴 수 있습니다.

Application of Accell is easy, mostly just 2 cc per cubic meter is requested. Normally just a dosing pump is needed to keep a very uniform dosing and concentration in the system.

엑셀의 적용방법은 쉽습니다, 대부분의 적용처인 경우 단지 1톤의 폐수원수당 2cc를 투여하면 됩니다, 기본적으로 약품투여 펌프가 균일한 투여 및 농도를 조절하기 위하여 필요할 뿐입니다.
